China wants paperwork done in 3 MONTHS!

Well, this is the latest...

We heard that our China facilitator found Sierra's file at the CCAA.  It's there!!  AND, we know that they want to match her with our family!!  I'm trying not to be too excited YET.  I still have a guard up because...China says that we need our paperwork done in 3 months.  It's just not a for-sure thing until she's definitely matched with us and we can't be matched with her until we are logged in.

Humm...Well, as you may know, we are STILL trying to finish our HOME STUDY!!!!  AHHHH!!!!  There's been a hold up with getting clearances from other states that Dusty lived in, but that's a whole other story. 

After our home study is done, then we have to send our I 800A to immigration.  This is supposed to be a 90 day wait alone!!  

THEN, our agency is to put together our dossier and send it to China and THEN we will be eventually LOGGED IN.  


If immigration is supposed to take 90 days, China wants us to be logged IN in 3 months.  Whew! How can this ever work???

Ohhh...But GOD!!

Our Pastor has recently finished a series on "Your Wildest Dreams".  Through this series he encouraged us all to pray


BIG, HAIRY, AUDACIOUS, PRAYERS!!!
The point was to pray boldly and know and BELIEVE that God answers prayers!!  (Yes, the answers may be, Yes, No, Wait or Grow--but He Answers!!)

We started paperwork in October 2010 and we hoped all along that we would travel before the end of this year (2011).  Although at this point in our adoption process with our home study not even being done, and it's April already, we are starting to feel like it will never happen.  

 BUT, I've been praying these bold prayers believing that God can make it happen (if it's in His will, of course)!!!  

Please pray with me that we CAN get our paperwork done in record time and that we would travel BEFORE the end of the year!!  Most importantly right now is to get logged in with China so that we can be matched with the little girl who has our heart!!  

So this afternoon I've been getting dossier papers together.  Of course we need our CIS approval first, but this will help get things in order for when we DO get our approval...soooooo I will scan them over to our agency so we can get a move on!!!
