Fundraising!

We have been fundraising locally with

World's Finest Chocolate.

We've been doing pretty well selling them.  We have boxes at the doctors office,

a restaurant, at the police station, friends have taken them to work,

they're in the salon room...they're everywhere!!

Our pediatrician's office is selling the most! 

Thank you to Mimi working there, we've had the hook up!

ALSO...

We've been...

collecting cans.

And NO.  We don't drink that much soda!!

But my dear husband who's never met a stranger, has all sorts of people

collecting them for us.

=)

Obviously, we aren't making loads of money for the adoption this way...

But to us...it's not the point.

We wanted to get the kids involved.

Yes, we need money to afford the adoption.  Big time.

But we also thought it was important to involve the kids.

They've helped crush LOTS of cans.
